Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms

bylinevoxi operates this website and provides specialised training courses focused on live production decks, control rooms, multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation, and professional management of television and streaming productions. By accessing or using the site, creating an account, enrolling in a course or otherwise interacting with our services you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree you must leave the site immediately and refrain from using our services. These terms constitute a legally binding contract between you and bylinevoxi under the laws of England and Wales.

Eligibility and permitted use

Our courses and site are intended for individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom or otherwise lawfully able to enter into contracts. You may use the site and enrol in courses only for lawful educational and professional development purposes directly related to live production and broadcasting skills. Access is granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis for your personal or internal business training needs. You must not allow others to access your account or share course materials beyond the limits expressly permitted in your enrolment agreement.

Prohibited conduct

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or publicly display any course content, video recordings, control room simulations or other materials without prior written consent. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code or underlying techniques taught in the courses. Harassment of other participants, instructors or staff, uploading malicious software, attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, or using the site for any illegal activity including but not limited to piracy of broadcast content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access together with reporting to relevant authorities.

Accounts, submissions and user content

To enrol in courses you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any assignments, project files, recorded practice sessions or other materials you submit remain your property but you grant bylinevoxi a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and adapt them solely for the purpose of delivering and improving the course, providing feedback and maintaining academic records. We reserve the right to remove any submission that breaches these terms or applicable law.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All text, graphics, video tutorials, diagrams of control room layouts, course curricula and other content on the site are owned by bylinevoxi or its licensors. Trade marks, service marks and logos used on the site are the property of their respective owners. You may download limited excerpts of publicly available pages for your own personal non-commercial reference provided you retain all copyright notices. Any other use requires express written permission.

Third-party services and links

The site may contain references to third-party platforms used for video hosting, payment processing or supplementary learning tools. We do not endorse, control or accept liability for the content, privacy practices or availability of any third-party service. Limitation of liability

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with the site or courses shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. Indemnity

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom may also bring proceedings in their local courts and benefit from mandatory consumer protections under UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable the remaining provisions shall continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.
